Prior to 2011, Stellar Land Directors George Rounis, Trent Murrie and Linc Roberts 

had each forged a successful career within the property development arena. 

Over the years the trio had engaged one another’s services and subsequently built up an excellent working synergy. 

Over a working lunch in August 2011, Stellar Land was formed. 

With an initial purchase of a single block of land, Stellar Land has since evolved in to a leading regional property development company.

With their combined passion for developing residential communities, their individual areas of expertise and their 

commitment to service excellence, they have built Stellar Land into a highly effective property development specialist.

Projects completed and underway range from $5 million to $100 million in value, 

and focus primarily on low to medium density residential, including land subdivision, 

detached homes, small lot housing packages and townhouses.
