Prior to 2011, Stellar Land Director Linc Roberts  forged a successful career within the property development arena. 

In August 2011, Stellar Land was formed. 

With an initial purchase of a single block of land, Stellar Land has since evolved in to a leading regional property development company.

With a passion for developing residential communities, and commitment to service excellence, Stellar Land is a highly effective property development specialist.

Projects completed and underway range from $5 million to $100 million in value, and focus primarily on low to medium density residential, including land subdivision, detached homes, small lot housing packages and townhouses.
