Linc is a qualified Town Planner with over 20 years’ of experience in planning and property development encompassing residential, commercial and industrial projects.

Having held senior town planning positions within several Sydney based local governments, Linc has extensive experience across all aspects of urban development including concept design, documentation and the construction process for multiple projects.

Linc founded 'Planninglink' in 1996, working closely with residential home builders as well as major property development corporations such as Landcom, UrbanGrowth, Frasers (formerly Australand) and Rose Group.

Since 2011, he has diversified from a planning focus to development management, working on land subdivision projects both for Stellar Land and with JV partners including Ramsay Property Group and Rawson Communities. 

Projects include residential subdivisions and house and land projects ranging up to 200 lots.

When Linc isn’t engrossed in property development, he is balancing his time between family and coaching kids sporting teams.
